Kind Doula Sara is also a birth and post partum doula and Lactation Consultant. Sara has trained with Doulas of North America (DONA), Birth Professionals of the Bay Area, Cornerstone Doula Trainings, Evergreen Perinatal Education and UC San Diego Lactation Consultant program.

Carol Osborne Sheets Sara has trained with Carol Osborne Sheets. Carol Osborne Sheets has been practicing and studying massage for pregnancy, childbirth and the post partum period for thirty years and is the leader in her field. Sara feels honored to have studied under her.

Mahriah Blackwolf Mahriah Blackwolf has been practicing prenatal massage for twenty years. Blackwolf developed her unique prenatal massage techniques from her background in Looyenwork and Sports Massage. Sara has had the pleasure of studying under her and getting State Certified to practice Prenatal Massage from her course.

McKinnon Institute of Massage Sara received her Certified Massage Therapist certificate from McKinnon Institute.
